You should start by tracking your order. If your order hasn't yet been delivered, it will be able to let you know where it is. Although we always try our hardest to fulfill delivery deadlines, occasionally things can move a little more slowly than usual. Please fill out the customer services contact form if this does not give you the information you need, and someone will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
We pick and pack orders very quickly, so once you've placed an order, we are unable to make modifications. This covers the payment method, shipping options, and delivery address. You can just place a new order if you require more things.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once you have received your shipping confirmation from us, and you will need to send the items back to us. Please use our contact form to get in touch with our customer care staff if you haven't received your dispatch confirmation so they can help you cancel your order.
Your package may occasionally contain a missing item, but all of our packages are checked before they leave our warehouse. Please use the contact form to inform our customer support staff if an item is missing. We look into each individual situation to determine what happened and deliver the missing item to you.
