REFUND POLICY
At styleemporium, we strive to provide you with the most enjoyable experience when picking and purchasing your favourite clothing. Despite our best efforts to ensure customer satisfaction, there may be instances when you feel compelled to return a product for reasons that are not your or our fault.
RETURN
You may return your product for a full refund if you are not completely satisfied. However, returns will only be accepted if the goods are in a saleable condition, with all tags intact and in their original packaging, as well as unwashed and undamaged.
In addition, consider the following Terms & Conditions:
- Please be aware that styleemporium has a 48-hour return policy.
- Refunds are contingent upon examination and verification by the W team.
- Our return policy does not cover damages caused by negligence, incorrect usage, or application.
- Products returned owing to a manufacturing defect, such as colour leakage, are subject to the terms of the corresponding warranty and guarantee.
- Due to expensive shipping costs, we will not be able to offer exchanges, returns, or refunds to our overseas customers.
REFUND
- After receiving the returned item, we will examine it and advise you of the refund's status.
- We will start a refund to your original mode of payment if your refund is accepted.
- The refund will be issued within 5 to 7 days.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to place the order.
CANCELLATION
- On styleemporium, you can cancel an order at any time after it has been placed or until the item cannot be delivered.
- Items cannot be cancelled once marked ready for shipping.
- If the items are being shipped or are in transit, we ask that you accept the order and return them later.
- styleemporium has the ability to cancel an order on its own at times for a variety of reasons.
